Influence - Unlocking Impactful Communication Strategies
In both our professional or personal lives, we often find ourselves in situations where we are not the decision maker, or where some kind of group consensus is needed. While these may be formal negotiating contexts, they are more often than not informal situations where we have to subtlety influence the direction of the decision. This session will explore the difference between influence and persuasion, how influence is achieved and share some practical tools by which we can analyse and deploy strategies of influence.
