About the Speaker

Sriram Iyer is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Korn Ferry Academy. He teaches a popular course titled Powering HR Transformation through AI and Tech. He is also an adjunct faculty at the Management & Organisation Department of NUS Business School.

In 2018, Sriram founded, hrtech is a Singapore-headquartered HR Tech Analyst firm that is driven by the singular vision of empowering HR teams to embrace data-driven and tech-savvy approaches, thereby becoming strategic business partners to their respective organizations.  With his vast knowledge and skillsets in HR & HR Technology, Sriram has been supporting small, medium, and large enterprises to drive workforce and workplace transformation and shape the future of work and HRM.

With over two decades of practitioner and teaching experience, Sriram’s expertise lies in the field of HR Technology. In fact, he is also an Adjunct Faculty with the Korn Ferry Academy and has trained mid-career professionals in the areas of Technology & Analytics.  Recognized for his influential role in advancing HR technology, Sriram serves as the HR Technology Taskforce Lead for the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), where he leads several pivotal initiatives aimed at accelerating the adoption of technology within HR teams across Singapore.
